Soup of the Day

I don't know why I keep thinking about this soup, but it was soooo good. It's borscht, and I had it at Teresa's on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights, NY. It's their Monday Soup of the day, and I guess i just was so pleasantly surprised that it tasted so good, i just can't get it out of my mind!!!! Yummmm!!!!
