Living in the moment at lunchtime

My perspective is a little out of the ordinary today.   Usually I would go out to pick up something for lunch and just bring it back to the office and eat at my desk.   This time, I decided to take a seat outside and just enjoy the view for a little while.  Sometimes you just have to take a moment to stop and smell the roses.
Things are always changing all around me, and no one is going to wait until I am ready to receive - I have to be ready.  So right now, I am going to live in this moment.  I receive it, Lord!
