An epiphany

There comes a time when you say, enough! When you reach the point in your life that you realize that your destiny is mostly in your hands. I think I reached that point today. I thought that our mayor would at the very least, allow us to go home early today. But that did not happen. I worked a full day at work, even though there was a blizzard. Other offices in our building, as well as banks and federal buildings, allowed their workers to leave early so as to get home safely. That did not happen with us. I know now that I must leave and become self sufficient. Bloomberg doesn't care about the common man; how could he when he is a billionaire????
